Retail pricing
• The retail portion of this site has been designed to allow
individuals the convenience of obtaining the highest quality products
by placing orders online. As a result of this our pricing is based
on the assumption that you are a individual purchasing products
for personal use.
• If you are a business looking for the best products
to use/sell in your location, you may call us at 770-889-0336
for wholesale ordering information. Once you are set up as a business
you will then be able to log into our wholesale web site to obtain
pricing and place orders.
Wholesale pricing
• The wholesale portion of this site has been designed to
allow businesses the convenience of placing their supply orders
online. As a result of this our pricing is based on the assumption
that you are a business purchasing products for resale.
• If you are a first time customer we will need a state resale
certificate and ST-5 form on file before we can ship or deliver
your order. Please fax your state tax certificate and resale ID
number to us at 770-889-0337. Once we have this we can continue
to process your order.
• Once we have set up your wholesale account you will receive
a wholesale logon ID which will allow you to enter the wholesale
site to review pricing and place orders.
• If you are a business and we do not receive the fax documentation
of your state tax certificate and resale ID number within 48 hours
of your order being placed, we will charge you sales tax before
releasing your order for shipment or delivery.
• If you are not a business but simply an individual
looking for the best products, you may place orders on our
retail web site or call us at 770-889-0336 for ordering information.
Order Processing Policy
Your order is usually processed the same business day, business
days are Monday-Friday, 9:30am-1:00pm. All orders received after 1:00pm
on a weekday are processed the following weekday. Some orders may
take longer than one day to process, given both internal and external
factors. If you are concerned about your order's arriving by a certain
date, please call or email us at shipping@everythingcoffee-tea.com
before you order.
Some orders are placed for items that are on backorder. Some items
on backorder require the charging of a credit card prior to shipping,
in order to "hold" that order for the customer once it
comes back into our physical inventory. We will notify you via phone
or email if this is the case.
Shipping Policy
• If we shipped your order standard Ground from our warehouse,
then you can expect it to arrive no later than five business days
beginning with the first business day after your order was
shipped. However, that time may vary given FedEx/UPS Ground conditions
in your area.
• All Home/Ground shipments may be delivered without signature
unless you specify signature delivery.
• In some rare cases, FedEx or UPS may lose or damage a package.
If you receive a package that is damaged notify the delivery driver
immediately and have him/her notate the damage. Please notify us
as soon as this happens.
• Local delivery via our delivery service is limited to a
50 mile radius from our warehouse. This would include the Metro-Atlanta
area. If you have questions regarding the delivery area feel free
to call us at 770-889-0336.
• If you placed an order for two day express shipment, then
you can expect it in two business days, beginning with the first business
day after your order was shipped.
Cancellation Process
You may cancel your order only if you send a cancellation request
to shipping@everythingcoffee-tea.com prior to 1:00 pm the same business
day that your order was placed. You may also call us at 770-889-0336.
In the email subject line, please write the words: CANCEL ORDER
ID #X. To ensure your cancellation has been processed, you will
receive and email confirmation. You may also call customer service.
Return Policy
Returns must be approved by an Everything Coffee & Tea customer
service representative. Please call us at 770-889-0336 to obtain
return authorization. We will then help you with the return process.
• Any custom printing or special order product is not eligible
for return or refund.
• All stock merchandise returned is subject to a 15% restocking
fee. In addition any shipping or pick up fees are the sole responsibility
of the purchaser.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt
and confirmation that the product is in sellable condition.
